After turning the game sound to 100 I notice hearing explosions as I bomb ground targets or kill something with guns on the ground, aircraft engines in formation, other tanks if I shut my engine off. I attached my headtracker LED's right to the headset, powered from USB (one of my monitors has a USB plug) via a telephone handset cord coiled around the headset cable.

Hey Colin, Sorry I am a bit late in saying but thanks for last Saturday night (Mission 3) good fun but I let my enjoyment of the earlier rugby and the beer that went with it get in the way of a good tank session. That'll learn me! 0- kills and 6-KIAs 😝

Seems like the Gremlins have multiplied. Did Snafu and Fubar feed them after midnight? It looks like I'll be out for an undetermined period of time. My 980 started going shiny side down and I'm making do with an old Nvidia 570. With the "Great Desert" that is the current GPU market, I don't know which direction I shall go. Don't feel like paying $800 for a card that has lower performance than my old 980, so thinking of getting a Prebuild just for a card. Was hoping to pick my parts but I think this would do. 'IF' its in stock as it says. Perhaps he got caught behind the hangar with the General's daughter and is on KP/Gate Patrol, and other "essential non flying duty's".

Well... Took off, headed out. Intercepted three Transport planes after SnowDrop called in for assistance. We shot them down. Headed south to complete patrol, then back North. At the point of egress home, decided to make one more patrol circle. Zenith called bandits from heading towards us, from the north. At that point, White 1 and 2 collided. (Blubear and Zukker) Both got killed. Whilst attacking the 109s, Red 3 (Jabo) suffered loss of control due to compression. Red 1 (FT) got hammered by a head on 109 - on fire, baled out. Red 2 (Wingflyr) suffered black out symptoms, and crash landed right on the frontline. And then he woke up. So, yeah, best forget this one fast!
