cache files - what are they ?

I have a cache file in my missions net folder and in my paintschemes I have a cache and a netcache.

I take it these have been downloaded when Iv been online. there are some scary lookin pilot dudes as well

Is is safe to delete these as most plane paint schemes are unidentified so I dont know whick folder to put them in even if I wanted to use them

I think if you delete them you will just end up downloading them all over again.

There is nothing wrong in that, except that it will slow you and perhaps the game down for all for a few moments.

Wipe 'em out if you want.

If you fly a coop with Billfish you'll end up with a naked lady in your cache.

I cleared out my cache.

A lot of them were corrupt or 0Kb size.

IIRC this was a known issue in days of yore, and there was a recommendation to clear the cache now and again....
