Ms Mpeg4v2 Avi Try installing K-Lite Codec pack http://www.free-codecs.com/download/k_lite_codec_pack.htm or Shark007 codecs http://shark007.net/ Next time I'll try for a more standardized coedec but regular Mpg4 wasn't converting for some reason.
