I am also a fan of Dog time (= GMT + 2hrs, 16min - 4hrs depending on the azimuth of Pluto)

I've heard mention of Dogz time but it has never been explained to me.
I created those clocks, and both show DST relevant their area, working on the assumption that what was required was to know what time we saw when we looked at our clocks, without having to do any maths..

for that reason, and if that's fine with BG, i'd like to create a poll
GMT/UTC/Zulu = Dogz time - yes / no
GB/UK is currently (cause of the DST) one hour ahead of GMT. witch will soon change, and UK/GB will again have the same time as GMT
