1. DDz Quorum Painless Posted July 21, 2008 1. DDz Quorum Posted July 21, 2008 ~S~ Deacon sir, I found "RAF Westhampnett" particularly interesting as it is situated around 12 miles from me, between Chichester and Havant in Hampshire. It is now called Goodwood circuit and is owned by Lord March. It was converted to a race track after the war and was used for national races for many years. It has now been restored to its former 1950's glory and is used for a world famous historic car race once a year,(The Goodwood circuit revival). Quote
Enforcer57 Posted July 22, 2008 Posted July 22, 2008 Ditto. I just hope I have the time to fly some long range misns on it. That was kinda fun in CFS2. The fuel capacity of the long range US fighters is finally gonna come in handy. We are all grateful for the work that goes into this type of thing....been there, doing that. Quote
Deacon352nd Posted July 23, 2008 Author Posted July 23, 2008 The flight times will be realistic for sure. Quote
Shayd Posted July 28, 2008 Posted July 28, 2008 Wait a minute, you mean there isn't going to be a relief tube modded into the new big map!! Quote
