BadAim
Gotta love the miracles of modern science, we get to watch realtime updates through our computers of the landing of a craft that couldn't be flown without it's computers.

Tonar
I am right there with you Bucky ! The shuttle is the coolest thing my tax dollars are used for. I often have the shuttle launches on my PC at work. I keep updated as I run around the labs. another cool sight is : http://science.nasa.gov/RealTime/JTrack ... ack3d.html it shows locations of most all satellites that orbit the earth in a 3D model. pretty cool to mess with. Highlander
I have a front row seat for all the take offs, and the landing last night woke me up! When it goes over this area you get two sonic booms in rapid secession.
