Rattler
Well, can't believe that it's been a whole year and a half, but I finally got off of my arse and stripped the paint off of my botched 109, and started all over again. Now that I know how to use my airbrush, the second time around was a breeze!
GreyKnight
Sweet airbrushing job Pete, nice camo indeed. Where is this 109 based again?
Rattler
I thought you'd like that one, John! I had to re-do the whole paint scheme from scratch after it was 90% completed, but it turned out really nice. It's a North African model, G4 Trop, 3/JG 53, Bizerta Feb. '43. GreyKnight
Hey, another 'Pik As' member! The 109 model I made was JG.53 too. Looks cooler now with decals. Weathering now?
Cold_Gambler
Interesting that you place a Yellow 7 over the White 5- Was that part of the decal package or did you put it together for an accurate representation of that aircraft?
Rattler
@Greyknight - I'm not much into weathering yet.
GreyKnight
Have you watched Brett Green's videos on YouTube? His username there is Hyperscale. I got all my info & techniques from him...
