I zipped up the version I use and it should work with JSGME as well. Just extract to your JSGME MODs folder and then Enable it. If working you will get a message

I lowered #define HDRPower 1.15  //[0.00 to 8.00] Strangely lowering this makes the image brighter to brighten it up a tad from the settings file I tried.
