That's because the glass is not glued in yet, mate! After spraying. Also, I use plain white glue for clear parts, not regular plastic model glue or ACC instant glue either. It will craze the clear parts. White glue (Elmer's, or similar) is good enough.

Here's my 11 year old's Hally. I set up the airbrush for him, but he did all of the painting himself. I just need to convince him to neaten up the tyres with a brush, and it's better than I ever did at his age!

Awesome CGI simulation of the flight and landing. The integrated cockpit and tower voices is a fantastic touch. You can't detect any emotion at all in any of their voices. Best line:Capt. Sullenberger: "Got any ideas?" F/O Skiles "Actually, no." From the website

Looks beautiful. I have a Spit 24 to work on after the Beau. My P-51 is almost in the paint shop. I hope that it'll be done in a couple weeks. My son is starting to out-pace me. He does a model in a few days! He just built a Halifax, and sprayed it himself using my airbrush. Pretty good for a 11 year old! I'll post a pic tomorrow. Start sweet talkin' the missus, Dave! You'll get Johnnie's plane yet!

I doubt it for now. There's a lot of in-fighting in the modding community right now, but there are several who are interested and working on a unified community mod super duper pack what-cha-ma-call-it-doo-hicky. Apparently it'll do your laundry too. I'm not holding my breath. Right now we're AAA UI 1.1, and I think that after Pedestal is over, we'll be using AAA UI 1.2 over the 4.09beta. Soon, it will be AAA UI 1.25 (or 1.3, whatever they decide their nomenclature to be) over the 4.09final.

Are they commemorating the Middle Age siege weapon, what the French would call a 'petard?' Attack the castle gate with a barrel full of tar/pitch, or even gunpowder and take out the gates?
