  1. S! Got your name on the tag too Hey! We have a famous dog in da kennels!
  2. No port forwarding = no hosting I'm afraid. Routers are very cheap these days, are you ADSL or Cable? If Cable then you can get one that will port forward for little more than a round at the pub (but only if BG isn't there ). I recommend Linksys or Netgear personally.
  3. It's nearly time to renew the package, Saturday is invoicing day in fact. Because the funds were paid into my paypal account I have to work out what funds are the K9s and what are mine, not as easy as it sounds as they are listed in US$, CA$ and £...plus the merchant fees and conversion fees, it's making my eyes blur! Any way I'll stump up and post what is owed (if anything) after Saturday. I'm going to re-build the site too I think, the front end we are currently using (for the web pages not the forum) is due for renewal in a few months too. I have found a free, open source, replacement that is very good and does what I want of it.
  4. Hmm. If like Painless, and indeed Doubletap, you have a dynamic ip then you also need to do one of two things: 1. Configure your router to use DynDNS, with your account details there. or 2. Download the DynDNS Windows Client Tool. If using this through a router you will need to configure it for looking up your IP from an external source.

  6. Uhuh.. So you too took your country's shilling, ~S~ even if you and Painless are both 'Penguins' and refer to my type as 'Pongos'...we know the brown stuff is the best really . 4 yrs Army, applied for transfer to RAF (father was an RAF Occifer :hic: photo eng ) and magically got posted to a really cush job, which made me all the more determined to get the hell out of the Army so a PVR was duly placed. 2 months later our leader Maggie set her eye on the Falklands...that was close!
  7. ...told to me by a woman (note I didn't say lady). Attractive young woman walks up 2 a bar in a rural pub,she signals 4 the barman 2 bring his face close 2 hers. "Are you the manager?" She asks, running her fingers through his hair. "No",he replies, gulping. "Can you give him a message?" She asks, stroking his face and allowing 2 fingers to slip into his mouth so he can suck them gently. "Tell him there`s no f--king toilet paper"! 8. Try setting your Desktop to 800 x 600 before firing up IL2, otherwise you are running at 60Hz which'll make your eyes go all funny, and cap framerate at 60fps.
  9. Ahh...it was the nut 'twixt chair and keyboard eh!
  10. Filezilla is a cracker and does the job nicely . See: This post for ftp account info, up to date too I hope. Any probs email/pm me and I'll get it sorted .
  11. @ Badaim: Do you have an ftp program? If you do, or want to try ftp (there is a free ftp program available too) then you can upload to our server regardless of size, up to a maximum of course of a round 9Gb as that is al the space we have left! I can guide you through it, or even create a 'publish to web' wizard. I have another server with 200Gb of disk space though, so that could be used too .
  12. Tried 4 times to snag it, but rapidshares CAPTCHA is so flaky I couldn't get it. I guess that's one of the reasons why I made it so we can upload up to 20Mb directly to our web server, and installed a photo gallery both in the web front-end and a separate Coppermine photo galery .
  13. Thanks Kelly, I may not be a Canadian but reading that has reinforced my respect for you guys, and for all the armed forces peace keeping in Afghanistan, Iraq and the world in general.
  14. Bloody hell MadMack...you guys can talk! I liked the Macaw being the top poster..quite topical as I have a Macaw here in Rl, but not quite as chatty as the RAF662 one Nice site too, I see like minds at work using a CMS bolted onto a Forum
  15. S! M8 and thanks for the kind words I for one will take a gander at your Squadrons site, good to know there are other like minded squads about. Blairgowrie must have been sampling his fine stock of whisky again! Here's to hoping your wing soon mends itself and you can join us 'in the air' sometime soon .
  16. This topic has been moved to Private Forum - DD & HH Only. [iurl]http://www.dangerdogz.com/forums/index.php?topic=1675.0[/iurl] Welcome to the Dangerdogz M8, to preserve your sanity (ok so that might not be possible considering you have decided to join us) and privacy (again not possible for the same reasons) I have now moved this to the private area Welcome aboard!

Go to https://edimensional.com//product_info. ... ca338e76b4 £81.61GBP. They have a European store and tend to work out very competitive on price. I bought all 3 of mine from there (gave 2 older ones away), and will get my V4 when money starts coming in again .

    ugh...

My plane loss was intensely frustrating..TiR did a weirdo on me and I found myself looking at the rudders at a most inopportune time. I think I will use F9 (disable TiR) more often when strafing, as there is no requirement to look around and sudden loss of orientation at 20M height is catastrophic. We had a bloody good session by all accounts, ~S~ all!
