  1. Very good BG, a classic that'll be!
  2. Three options: Upload them to our server, and link from there, Send them to me and I'll put them on my photobucket account. Or use the in-built in-line image attachment available here (you should see 'Add image to post' just below the area in which you enter text, this will auto thumbnail too
  3. A discussion we will take up in our private section ;) My scruples evaporate when it comes to marketing madness that is intent on depriving our squad of an even playing field
  4. Put it in Essentials, this can be done from the web page.

    hello all

I want photos of young Portugese women in bikinis posted soon or you are OUT of the squadron mate. I'll second that, except I'll be a little less picky any pictures of scantily (if at all) clad young women have a good time m8
  6. Bastards need to be castrated. Then their balls should be ripped off!
  7. 25:37 in Thunderbolt using Bombs (rockets on 2 AA though 'cos I hate 'em). Bombs are so last year............ http://www.k9squadrons.com/files/tracks/rog_bomb.ntrk Uploading will take 20 odd mins after time of this post.
  8. The X52 will use the programming software, and it is worth getting your head round using it and programming it - or at the very least getting a copy of Tully's profile I think you will need to install the drivers. What colour lampshade did you get for it? lol
  9. I think stability wise they are about the same. MC however may have more processes and drivers running/loaded that use precious RAM and cpu cycles. Building your own is not that hard, and need not be particularly time consuming either, although I have seen it is cheaper to buy like for like from a box shifter as opposed to buying in component form. Sorry to hear it didn't work out Glenn, and hoping you get shipping refunded too.

    rts.dll Link

Hi M8. In the main FB folder (typically C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\IL-2 Sturmovik Forgotten Battles) there is an rts.dll. Rename that to rts.dll.old and then copy the one linked above into the same folder. This then negates the need to have the CD in the drive, no performance boost but that precious CD can be kept safe. And you don't have to remember to put it in. Steve_v won't allow linking to it as a 'no cd' fix, but it's OK if you get an rts.dll error..... Renaming it as I said above means you can readily revert by deleting the replacement and renaming rts.dll.old to rts.dll
  11. Because UBI can't find it's arse with either hand, and now has at least four variants of the rts.dll file posted, I'm linking direct to the rts.dll here. This is the one that precludes the requirement to have the CD in the drive to run FB. Get it Here.
  12. Make sure 'Wave' volume control is not muted or turned down in main system volume controls.
  13. I like it You made some good points there Jim, IIRC Glenn has cleaned out all entries. Don't know if a reboot of the router has been tried afterwards though.
  14. I SHOUT LOUDER!! Jim, Glenn read through his logs whilst I was on TS with him. His router will allow the traffic through to Dell, but not NM. I cannot see how it would be possible to configure the router to drop only that 21000 traffic to NM. Glenn, did you try to see if the Dell can host still, then swapping IP's around?
  15. Tell you what, when you said the track locked your machine up I nearly crapped myself, though the original track was corrupt and I'd have to spend another 40 hours re-doing it! LOL. That is one intense mission Dave, avoiding the ground, the AA, those bloody snipers circling above, all while trying to achieve a level of accuracy within a time scale.
  16. F*ck off That only took (too ashamed to say) several 10's of attempts!
  17. Dave I have re-uploaded the track, same name same place.
  18. Finally completed it All three wheels down @ 21:26. Left a few bits behind though Track is Here I need a rest now LOL.
  19. 'Keyboard to practice' ' then he gets out the big guns/stick Go for it Jim
  20. That's a kind offer Jim . I'll have a 'consult' with the boss, armed with this info
  21. You'll be fine with it. Start out with a good sized dead zone and a non-linear acceleration (faster at extreme edges) and it'll become second nature. Need to re-tune mine, sometimes sunlight reflecting off my specs does some crazy things. But I'd never be without it .
  22. Any 3, so long as the sequence is unique. 111 112 113 121 222... etc. Script only uses the first three, remainder of file name is irrelevant.
  23. Funny how the first person I thought of when I saw that was you! I'm under orders now to buy a Glenn Miller CD or two, 'Moonlight Serenade' is one of Jane's all-time favourites
  24. But his log is clean....... :?: :!:
