I am sure some of you have seen the Facebook and Twitter Ads on the UBI Zoo Forums. Don't like them? I understand they are planning more.

Some of the UBI Zoo crowd are using a free Firefox add -on, Ad Blocker Plus. I have installed it but I think I have to enable some filters or something which I haven't been able to figure out.

Any thoughts?

Hi Jim, I have started to use it due to facebook/twitter and it works fine. If you install addblock open the prefs in the tools menu and read the help/getting started drop down. It links to pre set filters and when selected the filter kills fb and twitter

Works like a charm! If you spend a lot of time on UBI Zoo I suggest you install. Apparently the Zoo is planning a lot more ads.
