All Patched Up To 4.11; What Mods/ Mod Packs Do I Need?

I would say it would be best if you have a 4.11 and a 4.10.1 UP3.rc4 at the moment, and if you have the hard drive space and the inclination, a mod 4.11. Oh, keep that 4.08, in case you ever need anything else to patch up to..... -
