  1. Ah...ok. Have now halted the operation. Before doing this I gave my skin folder a severe pruning to get rid of all the old, often 2k skins that I'm never going to use and didn't want to inflict on other peoples drives. I see my skin folder is now at 19gig and growing and is now filling with skins that others have d/l'd over the years and don't use either. Thanks for your efforts FT but I don't think this is for me.
  2. You did indeed! It's now doing it thang' 608 local skins found and 1408 remote skins found. No idea what this means but it does sound very impressive.
  3. Ah...thankyou FT. That almost did the trick Now getting a message sayin' You cannot be verified as a member of the Dangerdogz. If you are a member, send a pm to FT mentioning this issue
  4. Not happening. I think I'm having trouble with getting the correct syntax in the registry entry to find the right path. Just to be awkward, my game is bolted into my pc thus; E:\Program Files (x86)\1C Game Studios\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Moscow\data\graphics\skins I think the question is how do I apply that path to the registry when I edit it in notepad? Edit; Match abandoned after twenty minutes due to goalies becoming hypothermic. What a waste of a morning.....
  5. Hmm...will try again later when I return from standing out here in the pissing down rain on a football field in Budleigh bloody Salterton. Under 15’s footie sigh.....
  6. Slight problem. My skins folder - along with the game - is on my E drive and I'm getting an error message saying skin folder does not exist in on my C drive.
  7. Another update for Vander's mission generator to game version 4.001.
  8. Uh-oh. Better take a big axe to my skins folder then
  9. Not really but I've been really active in BoS since day one so I've collected a lot of stuff along the way. At the time.....it seemed a good idea to download a whole squadron worth of 109 E7 skins, etc. lol.
  10. Possibly. Fact is I don't use 99% of them.
  11. Wot a brilliant thing FT. Would it be a good idea for me to cull my skin folder? It's over 12gb. in size
  12. Do it!

  16. At last, a generic DangerDogz skin! https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/28332-szelljr-skindeposit-®-™-©/?do=findComment&comment=839195
  17. Thank you very much FT. Will commence rotating now
  18. Is the server rotating missions? It seems to be stuck on the Bodenplatte map
  19. I feel the same way about my underwear FT.
  20. Hmmm...okay. We'll have to be the 363rd. FG to fly P38's on PWCG and we'll start on 1st. October 1944 and be based at Petit Brogel. Can't get it to generate a mission for more than four planes atm.
  21. I understand Tom. I've used PWCG in RoF and BoS. I'm just setting up this latest version now. I was thinking of simply generating a mission with PWCG, testing it myself and if it runs ok sending it to FT to run as a coop so we can compare with what we've been getting from Vander's generator.
  22. I would prefer to start at dispersal but with a warmed up engine. Does that make sense? I wonder if we should run a trial mission on Tuesday?
  23. I think this is normal. Over cooling - as well as over heating - represent problems for aero engines therefore the technochat gives a warning. An engine starting from cold would be within the parameters that would give an over cooling message. As the engine warms up these messages should cease.
