  2. Are the skins available to download yet FB? and have you decided which day you will be running it? Cheers Friar
  3. Congratulations! I'll have Sister Gloria washed and warmed up and set to your room.
  4. Here Here Sid, I for one believe in GREAT Britain on days like these.
  5. I thought it was all brilliant, watched pretty much all of the day with the family, a great flag waving day, and I had the same thoughts about Pippa as well... I would be willing to have Kate or Pippa join the Priory, I have a position for both of them.......
  6. Yep looking forward to a long session tonight guys, no work tomorrow, bank holiday
  7. Hang on a minute.....how many Scandinavians are coming this year? is this some sort of "stealth" Viking raid..... It will be great to have you all with us. Skol!, I think that is Scandinavianeese for "Cheers"..."Oh Sister Bridget, when you have finished giving Sister Ursula her shower with lots of fluffy bubbles and that soft sponge that helps the soap fall gently over her pert body, may I have a minute?".................
  8. I was going to post something similar Kev........
  9. We are still flying lots of 4.101 (also know by me as 4 "binary", or 4.5 but only a 10 people understand that one, me and FT) also UP 2.1 (update due soon) So get your self back in the sky with us mate....
  10. @Arthur That is a very generous offer, and one that typifies the "Spirit of the Dogz" if I may say so. I'll drop you a PM .....
  11. Geez Dave I bet you must be really pissed, at the game, not the whiskey too am not planning on buying the game any time soon, I actually think that I may not be able to play it at all....Long live UltaPak (UP3.0 coming soon I believe.... )
  12. Oh well, looks like its time for the Friar to take a wonder into the wilderness my fellow Dogz.... With a system that is made up of the following; XP pro sp3 Intel Core 2 Duo Cpu E8600 @ 3.33ghz 3.25gb ram Nvidia Geforce 9800GT Unless the more knowledgeable amongst us can tell me other wise, I will not be buying CLOD (there is NO budget for more kit) I am going to have to stick to flying UP 2.x Salute Friar
  13. ": Vulcan Bomber arrives in South Yorkshire to begin test bombing.........."
  14. excellent - off to "re-order" mine, even though I am not sure at the moment how well it will run...
  15. Just Cancelled My CLOD Order. Will Wait Till It Gets Sorted

  16. I have now decided to wait till all this gets sorted. I have cancelled my pre-order.
  17. Have you looked at http://www.dwvac.com/ I tried it once, it was pretty cool.
  18. Part 3 Part 4
  19. Part 1 Part 2 Dont forget to check out History Part 2 (thats got parts 3 and 4) as well
  20. There are many of us I think with rigs that will need all the fancy stuff turned down to enjoy CLOD. The comments about same theatre all the time are very valid compared to the vast array we have at the moment. I would like to keep a mix between the 2. As we go through this "revolution", one thing I think we should be updating is the text on our website home page (Roger has enough to do so its down to us Dogz). Its looking a bit dated now. I have sat down a couple of times to put pen to paper without coming up with much. Is there any Dog that would like to take on the challenge, if not I will have to make myself sit down and come up with something. Friar

  22. Hi For those of you that flew with me last night I was looking at using the eventlog readr (MLR) to Anallise a session. Anyone know how the map bit of MLR works, to get the icons and things to show?
  23. OK, what if i bought a cable router to plug "in line", would that help?
  24. Salute guys, This is a "will it work" type question... I am currently sorting out some PC issues for an elderly chap I help. He has cable as his broadband. His connection is setup by connecting the modem to his PC. He has had a few issues with virus's and such despite my best efforts to install software to try and protect him (mainly Zone Alarm Internet Security (paid for version) I have now replaced this with AVG Internet suite (at his request as recommended by his son) My question is.... I am thinking that he would be better protected if I was to put him behind a router as well. I have a spare netgear router but it is one designed for ADSL, however, if the modem was being plugged via network cable into the back of the pc, wont the router work just as well with the modem plugging into that and then the pc plugging into one of the ports on the router? Thoughts / Pointers welcome... Cheers Friar
