@Sid - you can not randomise weather in Box. But I will look to add 3m/s at 2500m I might add the same at ground and add the wind sock just for effect. I need to put some clouds in as well.

I have updated the map to now include an air start at 2500m for bombers plus two factory complex as targets. All of the elements of the factories will fully repair after 1 minute after being killed. Is this too high, not high enough? I have also added more targets to the tank range.

Salute, I have decided to create a DangerDogz Training base. This will consist of a airfield with decent sized concrete runways and feature spawn points for Jets, Ground Attack, Fighters, Bombers. I am also going to add a tank range. I could do with some help adding the different plane types to the associated span points. If a plane has a multi role it could be added to more than one spawn point. All the starts are currently set to be "parked". I am planning then to add all sorts of targets and objectives around the map (it is Rhineland and the airfield is Volkel). If anyone would like to help I can send them the mission files and talk you through how to add a plane to a spawn point, it is very simple, honest. Many thanks in advance. Friar

I guess we could drop the tank server during the week and use it for training and practice. I will have a look at building a new map that could be run on the server that has both elements, a tank range, a bombing / ground attack range for aircraft as well as a nice big concrete runway for testing take offs and taxiing. How would that sound?

Perhaps we need to watch for increased traffic to the site? Use it to try and do a bit more recruiting perhaps? I can do a bulk email to people who have visited the site recently and ask if they are looking for a squad perhaps?

Salute @Ben griffiths and welcome to the pound. (gonna need a nickname/call sign ) We are mainly UK based so our time slots will hopefully suit. We have some European, North American and Canadian members as well. We use TeamSpeak for our comms. Our flying sessions tend to get going around 20:00hrs with guys dropping into TeamSpeak from about 19:30 onwards. Monday: DCS Tuesday: GBS Wednesday: Nothing Formal Thursday: DCS Friday: Nothing Formal Saturday: TankCrew Sunday: GBS We have a couple of special events running at the moment. On Alternate Sundays we are running a P38/Typhoon co-op (dead is dead for that session) campaign. This starts at 21:00, on comms by 20:30 if you want to take part. The next session is this coming Sunday I believe? On Sunday 10th July we will have our next round of a combined arms (tanks and planes) dogfight match (if killed you can re-spawn) against another squad (plenty of flying slots available also tank slots if tanking is your thing) As Painless said, we do not take our selves too seriously, we realise that Life V1.0 often gets in the way of playing games away from the family so we just ask if you said you were going to attend but can not you pop a quick message in forum to let us know. If you want to learn new stuff there are plenty here that will be willing to assist. We do not run formal training sessions or have player ranks. Someone will drop you our TEAMSPEAK information via a PM in the forum. Watch out for links from supposed members asking you to play with them, we have had a few attempted domain attacks recently. No member will contact you with a link to follow to play with them or provide information. Please be vigilant. We do not have any female members so if one contacts you, watch out!
