I think Bongo tries to fool us a bit. Despite the b/w photo the tail looks more modern than on a ww2 us plane. They had a fatter design with a much more rounded tail. I have tried all search criteras from wide to narrow, but this on beats me. If I would guess it is a proto type 1947-1950-ish Country? Not a slightest idéa1 point

I'd tend to agree Fen, the scenery also looks Murican to me and the props are Hamilton standard judging by the logo. I had an inclination it may be from the NAA stable… hmm1 point

Well just on Bongo's posted images and no further research, my gut says 'USA' - something about the tail shape, general proportions and the nacelles screams Uncle Sam to me. Warm?1 point
