That raid was indeed one of the all time greats. At The Royal Marines Museum in Portsmouth which while on duty I have been shown round many times with the other guys, that particular story always gets told while we are standing by the St Nazaire exhibit by our ex-Marine guide. Never have our chaps been braver or cooler !
