Blairgowrie Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Is it just me or is the new il2 Skins website a bit disappointing? They only show German and some Ruskie skins and the search engine is pathetic IMHO. Maybe I have the wrong site that Luckyboy was involved with. http://il2skins.free.fr/ Quote
FlatSpinMan Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 Hi BG, the real IL2skins is IL2skins.com but is not yet ready. Quote
Rattler Posted April 25, 2007 Posted April 25, 2007 This is where I still go, but they have no search engine either. Tough to find if there are alot of skins in the section. http://www.flying-legends.net/php/downloads/ Quote
1. DDz Quorum B16Enk Posted April 25, 2007 1. DDz Quorum Posted April 25, 2007 Hmmm. If the skins are uploaded with valid descriptions search should be easy, if they are also categorised it will be even easier. Our new site (to be) has a search function for downloads, if any one has a well organised skin collection we can host it here easily. We can also fine tune/augment our own repository to be a pretty good skin vault. Quote

JensenPark Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 ahh...Luckyboy. Boy, a great name from the HH and DD archives. Who can ever forget someone who sounded like they were 30 years old, and yet claimed he fought in Viet Nam (killed an East German Colonel with his knife one day while out on patrol or so he says - said Colonel apparently ambushed by LB while taking a dump), and managed to murder his own Lieutenant a while later because he didn't care for him. JensenPark Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 LOL... If it wasn't so funny and true, I'd hate ya' Rattler. Quote
Enforcer57 Posted August 28, 2007 Posted August 28, 2007 It could be worse JP....at least they make fun of us on here and TS while we're present.....so far. On the other hand, I was an ace in the Isreali Air Force in 73 and 82. You saw my story on Dogfights; that was just a Jewish guy with an accent standing in for me. Quote

Enforcer57 Posted August 30, 2007 Posted August 30, 2007 Heh heh. I have also been the inspiration for several episodes of South Park.....really. Quote
