Tonar Posted February 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 Yup, the Bones liked to take me down to the backing quick and usually had a couple of runs in them, the Cuda like to fly out of the water, they seemed to get pissed!! I should be in the air with you guys later this week. ~S~ Oh, and my girl is a Fly Fisher as well. she did great! her first bonefish and she liked the Jacks, they were fun. Tonar Posted February 27, 2007 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2007 JP- Bonefish is a fish with lots of bones in it so no one really eats them. they are very strong and can run as fast as 35mph, and a Jack is the fish my girl is holding, they are fast and love to hit the fly with authority, she would jump everytime she got one. I am a sport fisherman so I release all my fish unless I am Camping without enough food. Damn I wish I was still there. the Place is called Pesca Maya and I recommend it to anyone who fishes and wants to get away from civilization for a while. we were miles from anything.
