  1. hi guys, I have just purchased a very nice model of a spit mk1 with bob markings DW E. This is a skin that is in the game already, however, i think the lettering is a little large compared to my model (which is supposed to be very accurate) Is there anyone skilled enough to be able to either re-do it or do it with reduced (not by much) lettering size. I dont have the skill or software to, so am hoping there is someone out there. It will be cool to fly a plane with the exact model sitting in front of me. just for info the plane is serial no R6595 of 610 Squadron "County Of Chester" which was based at Biggin Hill (just up the road from me). It's duties were covering the channel and was part of 11 group. It is being recorded as being flown by a W. Maxwell but was shot down (pilot safe) by a 109. (Dont you just love the internet, all i did was put "spitfire R6595" into google!) many thanks Cheers Friar
  2. will the joystick work on its own? does it not have to connect to the throttle and the throttle to the pc?
  3. I am not sure I agree/happy with your inclusion of that smile Toad. If the American conitations are the same as the English, i think its a bit strong in this instance.
  4. I have the x52 and more than happy with it. I could'nt afford the pro at the time. I have been able to config it to suit me, although it is so versatile, I am still finding new and improved ways of mapping the functions. I have also just bought the pro pedals and they are great.

    Multiplayer Help

Vulching (vul-ching) To Vulch. The act of attacking by means of strafing and or rockets enemy aircraft parked or attempting to take off from an airfield. Players that "Vulch" are known as "Vulchers". On a friendly dog fight map, this is considered bad sportsmanship.

  13. looks like its a non starter for a dog fight map Kling. I have looking through the zoo and someone asked the same question and got an answer that its not possible. I have been trying various things and keep getting the same results, the plane will airstart but not be sitting in the sea.

  18. I have downloaded it (at work, use their bandwidth not mine!) if any of the UK dogz want it but dont feel they can d/l it, send me a memory stick and I'll copy it over (cant burn a dvd as I dont have one). A 2gb stick is the smallest size it will go on to (it will take about 1.6gb so best send an empty one. Drop me a pm and I'll give you my address
  19. Good work anyway m8 and well done. I'm sure you will prove to be an asset to the dogz. Salute Friar
  20. many congratulations mate, geesh, the English postal service is going to pot, my invitation and directions to the ceremony must have been delayed so i could'nt do the service, still never mind, i'm sure it all went well. Looking forward to you getting back into the sky, not too soon though ah.
  21. Hi Shayd, Welcome to the pound. Well done on the utility, but you may have re-invented the wheel. There are already a few excellent just so utilities that have been around for a while, "MissionMate" being one which does just how you describe. Its a nice feeling anyway knowing what you are capable of.
