Hmmm. If the skins are uploaded with valid descriptions search should be easy, if they are also categorised it will be even easier. Our new site (to be) has a search function for downloads, if any one has a well organised skin collection we can host it here easily. We can also fine tune/augment our own repository to be a pretty good skin vault.

I see what you mean Bucky, at 800 x 600 they are just too wide if screen resolution is 1024 x 768 I'm spoiled 'cos I always run @ 1600 x 1200 and squint a lot on my 17" monitor

If your guys are serious on a foray into the world of IL2 1946 then you have come to the right place for some inter-squad sorties, and indeed there may well be some slots open for new recruits. Although from what you were saying it sounds like there are enough of you to make a squad in your own right! I mentioned IL2 1946 because that is exclusively what we 'fly', but like some of your guys we too are awaiting Knights of the Sky..

Ordered I'm going to be cheeky and ask the guy if I can post a sample chapter, and a link to the book of course, on Honor Our Veterans - this is the sort of stuff I'm looking for by way of content.
