Boosting Memory Performance

Does anybody know if this is a good thing to do and how would you know if it works? PC Mechanic usually gives very good advice.

I used to use Cacheman too after Hunter of the Zoo recommended it. But you know, after you do a few reformats, it kinda slips away.

does it require any technical input as to optimize the system, or can it do it for me?

i am always on the lookout for tricks/tweaks to get the best from my machine, i've had a quick look for it with google and the reviews seem really good, and if you reccommend it, well, what more can i say..

I think its pretty much install, select a profile and go. It comes with a few preprogrammed profiles for gamer etc. there is also the facility to flush your memory cache -it runs on startup now and works fine. its one of the very few tweak programs iv tried that iv kept

I tried Cacheman...didnt workout as well for me. My system runs pretty fast anyways. My CPU is basically an FX53 with locked Multipliers..so memory optimization is gonna be minimal.
