PropNut Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Several members have agreed that Monday nights are good for co-op RoF games but we would also like to find another night to meet for dogfights/co-ops/or mission building sessions. We discussed Thrusday night but that evening has been tried and very few could attend. Friday was mentioned and several peolpe thought it a good idea. This way we can play later (wives allowing). We do not want to cross over IL-2 times as we also love playing that game with our brothers across the pond. This gives more options to those who cannot make a Monday game but can make a Friday game and vice-versa. Friday would also allow several guest from other groups to join us as well. I know that due to the time difference this plan leaves out many of the Dogz but again we did not want to supplant an IL-2 weekend session. I leave you with a MadTrooper's Camel in flight (he is not always mad, sometimes he is rather jolly). Quote
DD_Arthur Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 PropNut, even though I'm in the UK Friday night (or rather, Saturday morning) would be good for me. Not often mind, but I'd love to get into some RoF coops. I believe Jedi is insane in that direction too! Quote
PropNut Posted April 19, 2011 Author Posted April 19, 2011 Jedi is a supporter of our efforts, that is for sure. And it helps that he never sleeps Quote
MadTrooper Posted April 19, 2011 Posted April 19, 2011 Hey Propnut, LOL nice picture do you see me smile in my cockpit ? I'm smiling cause this sim is so awsome it puts a smile in my face everytime I fly it. Like I said last night, Friday night ROF Coop is on...Lets see who is available. Thank guys! MT Quote
Gustang Posted April 20, 2011 Posted April 20, 2011 Friday Night RoF sounds good to me. We should sample the preferred mission type(s) so I can get a better idea of what players want to do most: Longer co-op missions versus the AI? Shorter human-vs-human (HTH) scenarios? Furball TDM missions (HTH w/ respawn)? TDM missions w/ objectives (HTH w/ respawn)? I enjoy all of these and I know we can't please everyone, all the time, but opinion (more importantly, choice) is welcome. Quote
