When trying to activate the game, it says "#18 this email account already has linked license key, you can use this to enter the game". I've tried to access the game using that email address and hey presto, I get the old version of ROF that I consigned to the bookcase some months ago. What do I do next guys? Snacko Posted January 14, 2011 Posted January 14, 2011 LoL! I had the same exact problem Jabo! Your old game is tied to the email address you entered. And you cannot change it. And the developers did not provide a way to 'add' other license keys to that old account. I emailed support and complained that I wanted to have my RoF ICE game tied to my original email address. Finally after 3 days of no response I just created a new email address at gMail and registered my ICE to that account. Then, the next day I got this reply from Support: Hi Andy!The thing is that one e-mail=one license, so you need to create another accaunt to register another license key. But - i can transfer your existing account onto ICE license. For that - i need your ICE key. DDz Quorum Posted January 16, 2011 There was a trick you can do with gmail accounts too, it may still work: first.last+something@gmail.com Most software accepts that as a new address, and email sent to it still arrives at your inbox. I used to do it if I suspected a site may spam, it helped me track my address. Quote

In my view they're a waste of space, whatever process they're using to get goods to customers it's a joke. How long have you been waiting? I recently cancelled an order with them as I found when I rang customer service the item had not been dispatched. It might be worth a call to them along the same lines. Jabo Quote
