I'm currently learning with the Spad 13 as it seems to be a stable, well-armed "all-arounder" without too eccentricities... C_G HI CG, I'm glad to see that you like to fly ROf and that you bought the Iron Cross Edition. That is what I started out with also . Now I own all of the flyable AC to date. I just love to fly this sim. You get really immersed in it with the way the AC's perform, the beautiful scenery and I find that you really have the sensation that you are flying an airplane! Just a 2 yr old, a 5 yr old, a wife and a list of chores longer than my arm Oh thinking back on those happy days barely 5 years ago when I could get home from work, fire up the old XP1700+, boil a pot of pasta, get onto HyperLobby and play IL2 until 2 a.m. after gulping down plate of said pasta... <SIGH> Ahh, them were the days...... The kids are just at a really "high maintenance" stage... I hope. In the meantime I'll just have to play off-line. Quote
