peer block for p2p protection

any of you techie types heard of this program?

I used to use Peer Guardian, but saw on wikipedia that people are migrating over to this...(of course I take wikipedia stuff with grain of salt, so thought I'd ask here)

I am not a techie but yes I use it all the time whenever I download any torrent material. Seems to work well.
