how do you get HL to recognize the different versions?

some servers are 4.08...some are Mod-friendly...but HL will only load 4.08 virgin when I try to enter a server...regardless of what the server is hosting.

Howdy!

First check which version HL is running. 4.08 clean maby. Open up Mod Switcher and check the right Mod. Select Switch only. Wait a couple of seconds. Now you are ready to join HL whatever server that has 4.08 clean. Ready to go!

Did you chose Forgotten Battles? Did you chose the right path to your il-2 1946 (which I think you have to do the first time)?

just realized that was it...I have HL going to my original version of Il2...1946.

Not the modded version.

Check this manual under item #7. It explains everything. Maby you have to re-install, me dont know for sure.

ack...stupid me.

all this time it was right in front of me in the help section of Ubizoo.

It won't let me in on any server at HL. It keeps telling me I don't have 408 or 409 moded, but it let me in last sunday no problem.
