tried flying some of the a/c in 4.09 and off course had to have a go in the b17, problem is even when loaded with 16 500kg bombs i cant open the bay doors

I found that problem out just last night Sulky.

You have to map some key press(es) to POWER 10% option.

Or go into your Mods folder and find a folder named

BombBayDoors_v1_2

and change it to this

-BombBayDoors_v1_2

and you can quit worrying about it.

But then... does anyone know if your bombs drop quicker if you have the bay doors already opened? Might have to test this.

Turning the mod off definitely does the trick, but I must admit I quite like the effect of the bay doors opening.

The new Mossie requires the Bombay doors mod. Also you can do other neat things like setting seperate buttons for opening and closing radiator/cowl flaps and for landing gear up and down. (tailhook too) Just my $.02.
