JensenPark Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Hey you bastages...cancel the champagne orders and celebration...I'm not moving on from the Dogz. Just on the move city wise again. I've been transferred from the fair, beautiful city of Victoria over to Edmonton (aka Rattler-land). Hate to leave our wonderful (warm) city on the coast, but the company made me an offer I couldn't refuse...especially in these difficult times: move or be fired. Well, not fired - but we knew we couldn't stay in Victoria forever (hotel is too small and we get 'stale' running the same hotel for too long) so we decided to take the transfer to a bigger hotel (largest in our company) and bigger city as opposed to waiting a few years and getting stuck going to a crappy city. JensenPark Posted March 7, 2009 Author Posted March 7, 2009 Oh, and a thank you to my good friend (and business-world mentor) BG for offering sage, sound advice as always. He has a wealth of practical experience in such stuff... and not just not a rich, robber-baron megalomaniac you know. Quote

Rattler Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Congratulations, buddy. I'm glad that it worked out well for you. I think that you'll enjoy Edmonton, but you'll have to get used to cold, dry winters! I'll help with the house-warming party - I'll come as a lamp.... Quote
