Hi

I'm in the process of making a little clip.

What I would like to know is if there is a way to remove icons from an .ntrk?

Alternately, as I know you can do it in a .trk file, is it possible to convert, somehow, the .ntrk to a .trk?

I'm a movie makin' noob, so no big words, please :wink:

No and no. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Before recording make sure your turn of your HUD and Subtitles in the conf.ini file. Look for the heading:

[game]

NoSubTitles=1(off)

NoHudLog=1 (off)

(0 equals on)

and "Save" before exiting. :!:

In the main GUI > "Controls" > MISC (near the bottom), set keys to:

Toggle Icon Types (changes icons from Distance > Distance & Type > Distance & Type & ID > Off

Toggle Speedbar (changes from KPH > KIAS > MPH > Off)

or you can totally disable Speedbar and Icons in the 'Difficulty' menu.

To regain Subtitles and/or the HUD for gameplay be sure to go back into the conf.ini file and switch those line(s) back to "=0"
