If not, I personally would delete this from trying to load on startup from now on Go to Start - Run and type in regedit and hit enter Then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the entry that mentions this DLL by name.
