Most DLLs are kep in C:\WINDOWS\system32 (talking aboot XP here)

The only useful info I googled were these links...

Do you have a soundblaster card? If not, I personally would delete this from trying to load on startup from now on

Go to Start - Run and type in regedit and hit enter

Then navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and delete the entry that mentions this DLL by name.
