JensenPark Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 any of you IT type guys ever here of an issue where the computer won't recognize things plugged into the USB ports? When I plug in my Logitel wireless hub (that requires a plug in to a USB port as well as the green mouse prongy-thing in the back) the LED lights on the hub goes out. Quote

Administrators Posted May 9, 2008 Hi JP, it's probably worth checking that your USB ports have the 2.0 driver installed - I get some veeery strange things happening with my PC if I do a remaster and forget to update the USB driver. I assume you've 'upgraded' (microsoft's words not mine) to SP2 in which case you should be able to use the USB 2.0 driver from the CD which came with your mobo. Jabo Quote
