UPDATE:1st landing opportunity has been scrubbed due to weather.Next landing window is 3hrs from now...weather expected to improve.It's now going to be a night landing.

I am right there with you Bucky !

The shuttle is the coolest thing my tax dollars are used for. I often have the shuttle launches on my PC at work.

I keep updated as I run around the labs. another cool sight is :

it shows locations of most all satellites that orbit the earth in a 3D model. pretty cool to mess with.

I have a front row seat for all the take offs, and the landing last night woke me up! When it goes over this area you get two sonic booms in rapid secession.
