Mission / Campaign Generator Web Site - Could this be the answer to "DCS Co-Op Nights"?

I came across this video today which gives an overview of the free, web based application that looks like it can be used to create varied and detailed missions.

Only had a quick look but it could mean hours and hours of map building will be unnecessary.....meaning ANYONE could create a mission / campaign.
