Ah I see the New York branch got my note and did not waste any time in sending out one of the special "Sisters of Virtue".

They are differnt from the normal Sisters of the Priory. The "Sisters of Virtue" all come from good backgrounds, are well educated and have attended finishing school. They are held back and only sent out on "Special" missions.
