When I'm posting a reply and I hit the ( ' ) key, it drops out to a window on the bottom of the screen with some options for stuff and won't actually type the character.

Can I have some assistance in changing disabling this feature, please?

Mozzilla Quick Find...or Type Ahead.

Drives me nuts too, looking for a fix now :)

I've not had this trouble with firefox v2 in either a quick reply or full reply.

I'll have a look sometime during today.
