Well, its coming soonish Following on from the 54 squadron Battle of Britain campaign, I'm working on a 92 squadron campaign starting Jan '41 until Oct '41 when they were withdrawn. 92 squadron were the first squadron to be re-equipped with the Hispano cannons in the 'b-wing- format that we are used to (and that worked), the first to be equipped with the new merlin 45 engines (ie Spit MkV), and were an intergral part in taking the fight to the Germans in '41, flying numerous circuses, rhubarbs and rodeos. Plenty of well known pilots graced 92 squadron, Johny Kent (of 303 squadron fame), Geoffrey Wellum, Brian Kingcome, just to name a few. The map i'm going to use for this is GilB57's 1:1 westfront map, as 92 were based at Manston during this time. I'll run the campaign at the same settings as the 54 squadron campaign was run at, and it will be written as a full strength squadron (12 plane) event again. I've already pretty much done all the skins now, including making 12 nice 92 squadron skins, and will release a skin pack to go with the missions again. We do have a constitution, its just not a written constitution. Its also the longest running constitution in the modern world, no civil wars/revolutions/changes since the 1660's. I can't think of another country in the world, thats had a 'same' system in place for anywhere near as long, without having revolutions, civil wars, and generally killing lots of themselves. If it aint broke, dont fix it. @Rog, made me proud to be English.....

use your x45 throttle. i use a ffb2 as my stick, with my x52. use the x52 throttle as my throttle, and the x52 stick as a button bay.

Ummm, the monarchy doesn't actually rule Britain, you do know that right? since the restoration, Britain has been a parliamentary sovereignty. last time a monarch ruled Britain was Charles 1st in 1649. That didn't work out so well for him. As the Victorian writer Walter Bagehot said "the Queen reigns, but she does not rule". so basically, i don't see how the monarchy affects democracy in Britain one bit...... just saying.
