I have adjusted sound as advised here is my new dxdiag but havent sorted via zip, I have downloaded it but don't know where to unzip it to? DxDiag.txt

Birdy sir I was saluting a fellow bodger who has a little more pride in the output of his labours....... I have exactly the same setup as you including the negative over the web cam held on with bluetack..... just done with a little less flare

Please don't think I was running yours down cannon_fodder sir, i was merely trying to show others an alternative, and system to trackir that can save you this much money and give as good a result as this needs to be shared.I used the same clear led from a rear bicycle lamp plus a resistor to and with a web cam and a simple piece of film negative over it ( stuck on with bluetack ).

I have seen some images from members of your squad with their homemade head tracker systems and thought you might like to take a look at mine along with a demo of it in operation. I used this as a valuable aid to my training and, if price was affordable trackir would be an option but money is tight and this cost a lot less, only £5 max. so if you are tight on dosh and want headtracking take a look at this, there are links to pictures and the headtracker site.
