~S~ BBloke sir Thankyou for those programes, I have installed as instructed but when i click on task kill cmd on dest top I get a very fast repeating screen showning the following, see image below. Is this correct should it be doing this?

~S~ BBloke Sir and all who are helping me with this. I removed printer stuff and some other stuff using task manager and old software. you can see the difference now on my task manager.

Back again with figures for fpsafter screen resolution reduced to 800x600x32 blackdeath track 5 secs fps 39 avg 38 max 40 min 37 1:10 secs fps 29 avg 28 max 43 min 6. slight increase, yippee lol. down

~S~ BBloke Sir Nothing shut down will waite to see how this goes first, anyway eyes down here are those magic numbers taken while theblackdeath track was running; 5 secs into track fps 29 avg 29 max 29 min 28 1:10 into track fps 24 avg 24 max 42 min 8 and the result at end of track showed as fps 27 avg 22 max 42 min 5. How does this bowed for my clapped out tired ass machine lol? Oh these were my settings at the time. Couldnt find tasklist in windows 32 folder ?

I did it know ...lol Ran via and reduced sound to basic and here is my new dxdiag file. sorry cant seem to get it to paste as you guys do it.

I have adjusted sound as advised here is my new dxdiag but havent sorted via zip, I have downloaded it but don't know where to unzip it to?
