Nothing has changed with the TS client, the address for our new full time TS server is in the DD&HH private section as usual. Just for clarification, the new 4.09m does not work with mods yet, to use it you'll need a separate install. The new UI 1.2 will be coming during the next few days and I imagine we will adopt it officially soon after. I'd say just get a 4.09 clean and a UI 1.11 going for now and you'll be set for the time being. P.S. I always recommend that you copy a clean install and keep it handy for this stuff, that way you'll always have it. (I keep one right in my Ubisoft folder and one on my secondary drive "just in case")

Looks like it's done, Monguse says links will be up by Wednesday. No 4.09 support yet, but it should still be good. Cool stuff!

Typical. I do like the split throttle though and the abundance of buttons. Perhaps it'll woik, perhaps the thrustmaster thingie will be better. We'll see.

It's a 4850. The problem I'm having is that the runtime keeps crashing so I don't have access to my profiles or any other settings. It's so much easier with Nvidia, you just set the profiles to automatically start with the application. It's maddening. I'm hopeful for the win7 final release.......I really like win7. Screwy driver problems aside.

That is great news! I may be able to step in for you on occasion (If my honorary Hell Hound status allows), though I'll have to drink less, and I can ensure you that the missions will be shorter! The main thing is that you've got the job you've been working so hard for. WOOOHOOO!

I've just about had it with the 4.09 thing. I'll wait until the other guys have a solution, I just don't have the time to devote to this. The other thing is I've had just about enough of ATI's shit too, they still don't have a driver that works with win 7. I think I'm back with Nvidia for the next one.

Sulky, as a rule we don't like to "upset the cart" around here. Everything will stay the same until most of us are set up, then everyone else will get dragged kicking and screaming into the future. (This will take several weeks at least)

Rename is your friend here, Tribunus. Once you have your clean 4.07 + 4.08 + 4.09 folder name it what you like then send the exe. from that folder to your desk top and rename the shortcut the same (just so you can tell it apart) and just use that shortcut to launch 4.09. Or you can just wait a few days. I suspect AAA will have it sorted soon enough.

OK, official testing so far: Installing the UI over the new 4.09 doesn't nuke the game or anything but it does revert back to 4.09 Beta. Net result: nothing. The good news is it should be easy for AAA to fix, it's just a matter of removing 4.09B1m from the package! (er...I think) I think my next experiment will be to try just the sound mod or perhaps one of the other Mod packs. ITS ALIVE!!! MAUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

I read at least one post that says 4.09 official does not work with Mods. I am going to do a separate install, then make a copy and check it for my self. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something, I'm not so sure I can make it into work tomorrow. Cough, Cough, ach, it's getting worse.........

The graphics might not be much, but the setup is sweeeeeeeeet.

It's strange that Saitek doesn't even have this on their official site. I hope I can swing it at any rate, I may have to forgo my next firearm purchase for this one.
