    This is definitely the right place then Graham, we learn, relearn make the same mistakes and relearn again. You will find everything here from consummate professionals with brains the size of a planet, to bumbling quarter wits like myself all getting along famously and occasionally, infamously 😂

    Fenrir is the DCS guru along with fruitbat, most of us are pretty good with GBS and Friar has a firm grip on Tanking. Fooltrottle and Jabo are computer wizzes but to be fair every single member we have knows more about the dam things than I do 🥸

    “Poobear” is fine, two syllables is good for comms. You might find pooka and Blubear are a bit close on TS but let’s see if it is an issue first 👍🏻

    Welcome poobear , anyone who is happy to be known as poobear is ok by me 👍🏻 We already have a “BluBear”, a PapaBear”, a “Poo..ka”. Plus a “SidtheGit”, an “Artage shiny buttocks” and a “Pain.in.the.arse”. We even have a “Delta variant”. I think you will find a home here mate.

    That is a shame GPatricks, it would be great to have you join us.

    As Friar has said we can start our regular GBS coops every other Tuesday and Sunday at 20.00 BST so 21.00 for you. Maybe fly an hour or so, then 😴 ?
    Fooltrottle (Netherlands) and Sweper (Sweden) are also BST+1 but our Canadian and American guys vary from BST -5 to -8 depending. Fine if you are retired but not so easy when you are working of course. 
    Hopefully you will enjoy flying with us enough so that you won’t mind the time compromise required ?

    Ahh OK, that tiny pic made the door window frame look like it was a 90deg corner where it met the roof line, hence I thought it might be a targa top. Larger pic is much better.  I absolutely love 911s of all types, finest road going sports car you can buy IMO. Driven a couple of them including a 991 C4S. You can feel all those decades of development..... and where the engine is ! Proper drivers car 👍🏻

    To get the best out of Tom(DD_Fenrir), I have found that choosing your moment carefully, plying him with chocolates and promising him the world is probably the most fruitful approach ?

    Welcome GPatricks sir, if any of our members annoy you with inane  chit chat on TS during flights we will have them soundly flogged to within an inch of their remaining lives, rest assured ! 
    I myself very rarely say anything on TS as I am under confidant, extremely shy, have no strong opinions and am unbearably timid. Many of the DDz are much the same.................    ...........
