Good fun driving through that spectacular scenery especially at the beginning when it was nearly dark. The visuals were brilliant in the warm up mission. Might be interesting to start a mission in the near dark and have the sun come up ? The bad weather makes spotting targets difficult but it is very immersive 🤗 I know we had a long discussion on TS afterwards about solo vs multi crewing and the associated comms issues. As we all know very well, nearly all problems in life are caused by bad comms, so if we get that sorted by the next mission, it will no doubt be chaotic but much better 👍🏻😉 On that point my vote goes for all in the same channel (multi and single crew) but with whispers set up between the 3 members of each multi crew. Multi crews must get into the habit of pushing that whisper button every time they speak to each other ! This will help keep open comms from being so congested. As we confirmed last night, if you are on voice activated for normal comms, when you push your whisper button to transmit it prevents you from transmitting to everyone else in the channel. The only hectic bit will be if someone is chatting in the channel when you whisper to your gunner for instance, you gunner will hear both voices at the same time...... easy to overcome..... when you “whisper”, SHOUT! 😂 Thanks for making this happen Colin, good work !

Sorry I had to dash owfff I was enjoying the chat about Comms when my bowels had other ideas 😜. My 50cents worth. I thought Comms was more poor than normal last night. I’m not sure what happened that was different from from the last couple of missions where there was a mix of single and multi crew hulls but there wasn’t much in the way of target identification going on between any of us. I loved the mission, the ambiance, the company and the other internal tank banter. Colin, you’ve done another good job Sir. I missed the outcome of last nights TS overtime chat but by the sounds of Painlesses post we are going to reverse the whisper and try a different tact. Just before I dived for the facilities I heard Squawk talk about a commander to ensure we all move as a unit. It’s a working Dogz job herding the likes of us but I for one don’t mind giving or taking orders. Every day is a learning day as FT proved when he educated me in TS whisper protocols last night 😀. Great fun mixed with a lust for tighter team work. Looking forward to the next one 👍🏽🙏🏻

I'm not worried about it. It only occurs in multicrew being a 'gunner', on externals, and only on ones 'own' tank.

Colin, No, I could not see the numbers on the outside of the tank that I was the gunner in, through the gunsight ...

Could not see the number 404 on the tanks I was a gunner in, when selecting external view. It did show up when we got killed, and the external view showed up.
