Hello Chaps. I am thinking that wee need to get another foothold off the ground and running to spice up the evenings a bit more. I am looking at loading up the Persian Gulf, however.... Foothold seems to have moved on quite a bit since we last run it and I have just found the attached manual which I think we should all have a read of before we start as there seems to be lots of config that can take place before we start. And in related news....

When in Russia I don't think you have much choice when told. I did think hard about it but IL2 is very old and DCS doesn't really do propeller stuff, sure as hell doesn't do it well. I'll console myself by donating 10x what I spent on IL2 Korea to Ukraine charities like NAFO, Cars for Ukraine, Saneth via Suchomimus, Jake Broe, Professor Gerdes and Greg Terry. I'm about halfway there.

Not touching this with a barge pole. Once they got rid of Jason Williams and the previous management, whilst developing Korea the new regime at 1CGS also found the time to produce a drone simulator to help train the Russian army to attack Ukraine. They can go whistle....

I have too much DCS stuff to learn, so I will give this a miss.

Just a quick poll to see who has pre-ordered or is planning to order this. Im on the fence but if there is enough support to draw bigger numbers then Ill probably go for it

Hello Kevin, as we are not hosting any coop missions for maps etc all you need is to enable mods in the home screen or enable them from the launcher. simples.

Hi, I've just reinstalled il2, but can't remember for the life of me what mods if any i need to download and use to fly with the dogz, any help appreciated
