Enforcer57 Posted March 9, 2009 Share Posted March 9, 2009 As Quazi can tell you, i have MISERABLE luck in the computer world. I had a virussomehow get on my computer and totally anhilate it. Even reformatting and using the recovery disks diid not work, as when I restarted it when instructed (3 times), all i got was a blank screen. Yes, the restore thing didint work, several times. Administrators Share Posted March 16, 2009 Before I went to SATA HDDs, I used to use a DOS boot disk I put together years ago which did things with fdisk and format commands as a pre-install prep.
