Finally got my Internet access working, but the Windows Live One Care that is provided by my ISP will not install. It says that I have an incompatible Operating System. I noticed this on a test system without AV installed and thought 'cool FireFox has some sort of AV capability'. WRONG! It is a bug in FireFox, even with AV installed it is not a guarantee that it is scanning apparently.
