Administrators Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 ~S~ chaps It appears that some of you fellows with new NVIDIA cards are having some problems particularly with vertical shear. It occurred to me that sometimes 'new' drivers from NVIDIA don't always work as well as they might, and perhaps this was the problem. These are third party drivers from NGO, and I'm making absolutely no definitive claims as to whether or not they will a) work, not work, c) cause the end of the universe - although the the last one's unlikely. Download them here I suggest the way to install them would be to uninstall your current driver set first (having made sure your current driver installation file is safe if necessary) rather than trying to install the new ones over the top. The file will be available for the next seven days via yousendit, and then I'll find out how to post it into the Vault if it's useful for people. TTFN Jabo P.S.
