It is such a unique property with the huge gravel deposits, acres of vineyards, two golf courses (my fav is the links style) clay and grass tennis courts, observatory, fresh water and saltwater lakes, guests houses (and coming soon, a Hilton), gold plated toilets, nubile french maids everywhere, scotch distillery, hardwood forest and so much water. Really quite a paradise. Quote
