1. DDz Quorum Friar Posted October 24, 2022 1. DDz Quorum Share Posted October 24, 2022 Add this bit of info to what we have absolutely no idea as to what's going on... it's all a waiting game. Team Fusion Posted 6 hours ago 1C Entertainment, a division of 1C, was sold to Tencent, a Hong Kong based software/gaming company. 1C Entertainment was re-named under its new ownership to Fulqrum Publishing. BLITZ and TOBRUK were 1C Entertainment titles, and are now owned by Fulqrum. (also a lot of other former 1C Entertainment titles) Fulqrum distributes its games through Steam and other 3rd Party sites. 1C/777 is a separate company, formed as a joint company by 777 Games and 1C. It publishes GREAT BATTLES.... their website used to sell BLITZ and TOBRUK too... but no longer. --- Development of TF titles is by the volunteer efforts of TF members... with sharing of any software licensing costs by 1C. TF then gets a percentage of revenue share from sales of these TF developed titles.

DD_Soapy
I'd like to be optimistic and point out that this frees 1CGS to work on North Africa content, since the gentleman's agreement with Team Fusion was not made with Tencent.
