Why is this street so deserted?

We need to raise taxes, have paint and weed day and make this happier, healthier street that would discourage such behaviour.

This is all so confusing! I need to debate this with some friends for few days and try to come to a consensus.

Edmonton is a particularly liberal commune in a sea of conservative blue. Not that they all are, but if you want to see a liberal, that's where you go. The rest of the province is BLUE BLUE BLUE.
